摘  要:通过对"双闪"铜冶炼工艺在国外长期处理的原料情况和国内原料情况进行对比,认为"双闪"工艺要适应中国铜冶炼厂复杂的原料条件,必须对其工艺参数和配套设施进行优化改进,采用改变配料方式、操作参数以及设备结构等技术措施,加强原料中杂质的脱除,提高"双闪"铜冶炼工艺对原料的适应性。Based on the comparison of double-flash copper smelting process treating raw materials in foreign cases for a long time and in China case, the author is of the opinion that, under the complicated raw material conditions in copper smelters in China, the double-flash copper smelting process parameters and supporting facilities need to be optimized and improved by taking technical measures, such as changing blending mode, operating parameters and equipment structures etc. , as well as strengthening the removal of impurities inside raw materials to develop the amenability of this copper smelting process to raw materials.
