快干浇注料在天铁高炉主沟砂口上的应用

摘　　要：为了适应高强度冶炼的需要,对700m3高炉主沟砂口进行了改进。分析了快干浇注料的技术特点及在天铁700m3高炉主沟砂口的应用情况。经使用后,较大地提高了主沟砂口使用寿命,降低了工人劳动强度,并能保证高炉正点出铁,有利于高炉稳定顺行,提高产量,经济效益十分显著。In order to meet the requirement of high strength smelting,the sand hole of 700 m3 BF main runner is modified.The paper analyses the technical characteristics of fast-setting castable and its application to the sand hole of 700 m3 BF main runner.The service life of sand hole of main runner is pro-longed greatly,the labor strength lowered,and tapping on timeensured.The blast furnace runs steadily with high production and prominent economic benefits.
