西酞普兰对癌症抑郁患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨西酞普兰对癌症患者抑郁、焦虑症状的疗效及安全性,并全面评价患者用药前后的生活质量。方法:对38例癌症抑郁患者进行8周的西酞普兰治疗,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、不良反应量表(TESS)和相关实验室检查评价西酞普兰对癌症抑郁患者抑郁、焦虑的疗效以及安全性,采用世界卫生组织生存质量评定量表(WHOQOL)评价患者用药前后的生活质量。结果:治疗后患者焦虑、抑郁症状比入组时明显降低(P<0.01);患者用药期间未出现明显药物不良反应;患者生活质量中的生理、心理、独立性3个领域有明显改善。结论:本研究结果显示西酞普兰能明显改善癌症患者的抑郁、焦虑症状,起效时间为2周;治疗期间不良反应较少;应用西酞普兰治疗患者抑郁症状的同时能明显提高患者的生活质量。OBJECTIVE：To study the curative efficacy of Citalopram on depression and anxiety disorders and its safety in patients with cancer. METHODS ： A total of 48 cancer patients with depression were treated with Citalopram for 8 weeks. The curative efficacy of Citalopram on depression and anxiety disorders and its safety in patients with cancer were evaluated using Hamilton rating scale for depression （HAMD）, Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA）, treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） and laboratory tests. The life quality of patients before and after treatment was evaluated using WHOQOL （quality of life recommended by WTO）. RESULTS： After 8-week treatment, patients＇ scores of anxiety and depression decreased significantly as compared with the baseline （P 〈 0.01）. No obvious side effects were noted during the 8 weeks. Patients＇ quality of life including physiology, psychology and independence showed a significant improvement as compared with baseline. CONCLUSION ： This study shows that Citalopram can reduce the depression and anxiety disorders in cancer patients with the time to onset at 2 weeks. Furthermore, it had few side effects during medication. The application of Citalopram in the treatment of depression and anxiety can contribute to the improvement of patients＇ quality of life.
