以玻璃酸钠为载体改进利福平滴眼液的配制方法

摘　　要：目的:改进利福平滴眼液的配制方法。方法:以计算量的盐酸溶解利福平,然后用等摩尔量的氢氧化钠中和,生成等处方量的氯化钠;并以玻璃酸钠为载体,配制利福平滴眼液。结果:该滴眼液质量稳定、可控,对眼睛无刺激性。结论:本办法设计巧妙,切实可行,既克服了的利福平的溶解困难,又解决了用乙醇作溶剂所产生的眼睛刺激性问题。Objective：To improve the preparation technique of Rifampicin eye drops.Methods：The Rifampicin was dissolved by calculating quantity of hydrochloric acid,and the equimol quantity of sodium hydroxide was added to neutralize the acid and yield sodium chloride.In addition,the sodium hyaluronic acid was added to the Rifampicin Eye Drops as a carrier.Results：The quality of the rifampicin eye drops prepared by improved technique is stable and could be controlled;furthermore,it hasn＇t irritation to the eyes.Conclusion：As the improved preparation technique not only overcame the difficulty of Rifamipicin＇s dissolution in water,but also avoided the irritation to the eyes caused by using ethanol as solvent,the method is well-versed in design,workable and convenient.
