摘　　要：大豆是重要的粮油作物,在农业和经济中具有重要地位,因此对大豆基因的研究具有重要的意义。利用分子标记构建的遗传图谱是植物基因组结构和功能分析的有力工具。本文综述了SNP标记在大豆基因组中的开发、大豆基因组作图的研究概况及SNP标记在其中的应用。Soybean is an important crop for food and oil,and it has a great influence on agriculture and economy,in which,the study of soybean functional genes plays an important role.Genetic map constructed by molecular markers is a powerful tool for analyzing plant genome structure and function.This article reviews the development and application of SNP marker in soybean genome and researchs of soybean genome map.
