摘　　要：检索查新有关中医药治疗眩晕的国内外近10年的文献。从病因病机、辨证论治、验方治疗等各方面对中医药治疗眩晕进行了分析、概述、总结,结果表明:中医药治疗眩晕有较好的确切疗效。与西药相比,中药具有经济价廉、安全有效、副作用少的特点。中医药治疗眩晕值得进一步研究。Chinese and English documents on Chinese herbal medicine （CHM） in the treatment of dizziness,published in the last ten years, were searched to summarize the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on treating Meinere＇s disease. In terms ofpathogeny, mechanism, dialectic treatment, traditional popular prescription, and so on, using CHM to Treat dizziness was analyzed. The results showed that CHM has better effects on Meinere＇s disease when compared with western medicine, and it is safe and effective, cheap, simple to be used, and little adverse reaction.It is worth to be made further research.
