滑道法在深水模袋混凝土施工中的应用

摘　　要：滑道法是模袋混凝土施工的一门新技术,它具有施工速度快、质量好等特点。北江大堤加固达标工程由于水下抛石面整平效果好,决定采用滑道法进行深水模袋混凝土施工。正式施工前,进行了现场模袋混凝土充填试验,确定了各项施工参数。通过现场充填试验和搭接试验,确定了模袋系绳的高度,确保了模袋混凝土充填饱满。Slipway method is a kind of new technique about mould-bag concrete construction, which has some characteristics such as quickly construction speed and good quality etc. Beijiang dam strengthening engineering decided to adopt slipway method to construct decp-water mould-bag concrete because underwater riprap surface was very flat. Before comtruction, on-site monld-bag concrete filled test is done to determine all construction parameters. By on-site filled test and lapping test, the height of mould-bag tether is decided, which assures mould-bag concrete is filled fully and has good flatness.
