摘　　要：南通体育会展中心体育场屋盖系统是目前国内面积最大的开合结构屋盖,是采用液压机械驱动、多点牵引、钢结构柔性支撑运行轨道的球面开合屋盖。施工过程中轨道梁采用箱形断面,其上安装轨道,然后按照台车设计位置将台车逐一吊装在轨道上。重点介绍了轨道梁、轨道、台车、钢丝绳、滑轮等的安装工艺流程,以及控制系统安装和调试,指出对整个开闭顶系统进行整体联动调试,以确保各部分工作均达到设计要求。该工程采用的开合屋盖技术提高了体育场的使用效率和使用频率,并节约了成本。Nantong Sports Exhibition Center Stadium has the biggest domestic retractable reof. It applies the techniques of hydraulic mechanical driving, multipoint traction and flexible support orbit. Track beam of this engineering adopts box section on which the track is installed, and the trolley is then hoisted on the track according to design position. This paper mainly describes the installation process of track beam, track, trolley, wire rope and pulley, as well as the installation and debugging of controlling system. It is pointed out that the whole open-ctese top system should be made global linkage debugging to assure that it meets design requirements. This technology improves the using efficiency and frequency and saves engineering cast.
