摘　　要：Dpl是第一个经过鉴定的类朊蛋白。称为叠朊蛋白。对其分子结构、分布情况,生物学功能,已经有所了解。Dpl蛋白在Prp基因敲除小鼠(Prnp^(0/0)或Prnp^(-/-))表现出的神经毒性。以及在Prnd基因敲除小鼠表现出对雄性小鼠的可育性的重要性,使其具有很大的研究价值。本综述对Dpl的最新研究进展进行了总结,便于进一步研究工作的进行。Doppel （Dpl） is the first prion-like protein that has been identified. We have known something about its molecular structure, internal disposition and biological function. It displays neurotoxicity in Prnp knock out mouse（Prnp^0/0 or Prnp^-/-）, and shows significance for male reproductive activity in Prnd knock out mouse, resulting in great reearch value on it. This article has reviewed the recent research advances on Dpl.
