摘 要:为加快施工进度、提高钢筋工程施工质量,国家游泳中心工程楼板下层钢筋部位及混凝土看台踏步板部位采用冷轧带肋钢筋焊接网替代原设计中的热轧带肋钢筋。详细介绍了钢筋焊接网的进场检查以及施工工艺要求,指出焊接网的重量、几何尺寸的允许偏差以及搭接长度等需符合规范要求。钢筋焊接网的采用节约了人工,提高了工作效率,加快了施工进度,且保证了钢筋的成型质量,其仅适用于非抗震结构规则排布的大面积施工中。In order to speed up construction schedule and improve quality of reinforcement, welded steel fabric of cold-wiled fibbed steel bars replace hot-rolled ribbed ones at the positions of lower layer of floors and concrete stand flier in National Swimming Center. The approach examination and construction process requirements of welded steel fabric are introduced in detail, and it is pointed out that the weight, allowable deviation of geometry size, lap length of welded steel fabric should accord with standard. This method saves workers, improves efficiency, speeds up eonstruction progress, and guarantees the steel bars' forming quality. However, it just can be used in regular constrdefion with large area of non-seismic structure.
