慢性皮肤溃疡的疮疡模型治疗试验研究

摘　　要：目的研究疮愈速的实验大鼠的疮疡模型药效。方法采用金黄色葡萄球菌(皮下注射悬液)和化脓性链球菌(涂布伤口)感染制作大鼠疮疡模型,观察对各项相关指标的影响。结果疮愈速对疮疡模型大鼠具有降低疮口愈合积分值、增加补体C3及IgG、IgM含量、增加脓性分泌物中溶菌酶含量、增加胸腺指数及脾脏指数的作用(P<0.05～P<0.001),且作用优于阳性对照组(P<0.05)。结论该药的主要作用机制是促进伤口愈合、抗菌消炎、增强机体免疫功能。具有祛腐生肌、散瘀止痛的功效。Objective To research the effective of Chuangyusu in sore model of the experiment rat. Methods Adoption of the golden color staphylococcus （the subcutaneous injection）and maturation strepococci （coating wound）to made the sore madel of big rat. Observation of related index sign. Result The ChuangYusu. Can lower the heal integral calculus value of traumatism. Increment C3, complement IgG, IgM, also increment lysosome in purulent secretion and the index of thymus gland an spleen（ P 〈 0. 05 - 0. 001 ）. The effective was better than the contorl group. Conclusion The Chuanggusu can to help the wond to heal anti - virus eliminate inflammation and strength the function of irrmunization.
