摘　　要：通过对体育科学发展特征的讨论,提出了以体育科学思想、体育科学精神、体育科学方法和实践体育科学能力为核心的"体育文化人"科学素质规范,并以高等体育教育为主要对象,从如何正确认识体育科学、如何确立全面发展的人才目标、如何改革人才培养模式等方面提出提高"体育文化人"科学素质的对策。Based on the discussion of the characteristics of the sports science development, this paper puts forward the codes of science quality for ＂sports culture professionals＂, with the sports science thought, the spirit of sports science, sports science methods and ability to practice the sports science as the core. The paper takes the higher physical education as the main object, and proposes the countermeasures of enhancing the ＂sports culture professionals＂ scientific quality from the following aspects： how to correctly＇understand sports science, how to establish the goals of the comprehensive development of talents and how to reform the talents training mode.
