摘　　要：高校体育文化活动质量监控体系就是对高校体育文化活动进行全过程、全方位的质量监控,是高校体育文化活动质量稳定和提高的保障。通过探讨高校体育文化活动质量监控体系的必要性、构建以及运行,从管理学角度对监控体系作用于整个体育文化活动的全过程进行详述,试图为各高校建立和完善该体系提供有利的参考与借鉴。The quality monitoring system of sports culture in the university is to implement the whole process, omnibearing quality monitoring for the physical culture in the university, which guarantees the stability and enhancement of the activities. By exploring the necessity, establishment and implementation of the system, the study aims to offer beneficial reference and experience for establishing and perfecting the system in the university.
