摘 要:基于建立的反击式破碎机关键部件的三维实体模型以及转子-板锤-反击板-石块冲击碰撞系统的动力学有限元分析模型,分析冲击破碎物料时破碎腔中各部件之间的受力状况,同时分析了转速、转动惯量和各级反击板形状对物料破碎效果的影响。研究表明:增大转子转动惯量、转速能够增大破碎力,提高破碎效率;改善反击板的角度可以增加物料的二次破碎效果。这些研究为改善破碎机的性能提供了理论分析基础。Based on the 3D solid model of key components on a strike back type crushing machine as well as the models of dynamic finite element analysis for rotorplate hammerstrike back platestone colliding system, loading situations among components in crushing chamber during material impacting and crushing are analyzed and the influences of speed, rotational inertia and shape of strike back plate in each stage on crushing effect are also studied at the same time. The research shows that crushing force and efficiency can be increased with the increases of rotational inertia and speed of the rotor; the secondary crushing effect can be improved by improving the angle of strike back plate. All the research provides a theoretical analysis basis for performance improvement of the crushing machine.
