摘 要:面对国内外激烈竞争,塔式起重机的设计需要提高设计效率,缩减制造成本。介绍以Pro/E的二次开发为基础的塔机的参数化设计技术;通过基于Automation Gateway的Pro/E的二次开发,详细介绍塔式起重机实体建模的原则、尺寸参数化的思想和建立关系约束的方法,并通过对参数化设计、装配以及分析校验的介绍,论述塔式起重机参数化设计的过程;以标准节的参数化设计、装配过程为例,说明整机的参数化界面和各个部件参数化界面的设计方法以及装配的设计方法;提出对参数化模型,运用有限元分析软件Ansys进行静力学和动力学分析,以对设计结果进一步优化。塔式起重机的参数化设计加快了设计步伐,缩短了开发周期。In view of severe market competition home and abroad, design efficiency of tower cranes need to be increased and their production cost should be cut down. A parametric design technology of cranes is described on the basis of secondary development of Pro/E. Through the secondary development of Pro/E based on Automation Gateway, principle of solid model establishing, concept of dimension parameterization and method to set up relationship restrains for cranes are expatiated. The procedure of parametric design is described through explanation of parametric design, parametric assembly as well as analysis and verification. Taking the process of parametric design and assembly of a standard section of a tower crane as an actual example, design methods of parametric interfaces for the overall machine and components are demonstrated. It is suggested that the parametric model should be analyzed statically and dynamically with finite element analysis software Ansys in order to further optimize the result. The parametric design of a tower crane speeds up the design and shortens the design period.
