摘 要:矿产资源在我国国民经济中具有十分重要的地位和作用,但是我国矿产资源十分短缺,进口不断增长,到国外勘查开发是解决我国矿产资源短缺,确保其稳定供应的重要途径,对确保我国经济安全及运行具有重要意义。但这风险很高,需要运用科学的方法来有效地减少风险。本文通过把物元模型的概念引入矿产资源国的投资环境评价之中,建立矿业投资环境物元模型,用可拓评价方法对该模型进行评价,并建立了矿业投资环境的评价指标体系,通过对越南的矿业投资环境进行了验证。Mineral resource has very important position and function in our country's economy. Our country is in great shortage of mineral resource and is importing more ores increasingly. Making mineral exploration and exploitation in foreign countries is an important way to solve our mineral shortage and ensure the supply of minerals and is of great importance to the safe operation of our country. However it will be highly risky and the risk should be reduced by scientific method. THis presents a new method and an e- valuation index system for the evaluation of the mining investment environment of yunnan four neighboring countries. The conception of matter element is employed to build up a matter element assessment model for the mining investment environment, and extension method is applied to evaluating the model. The mining investment environment of Vietnan as an example is included demonstrating the method.
