摘 要:用破碎率、损伤指数增量来定量评价稻谷的脱粒损伤程度,在自行研制的物料输送、脱粒分离试验台上,对钉齿轴流脱粒滚筒进行了水稻脱粒试验。分析了脱粒间隙、脱粒元件线速度、钉齿排列间距、喂入量等因素对稻谷脱粒损伤和脱粒装置性能指标的影响。正交试验结果分析表明,对稻谷损伤影响较大的因素顺序为:脱粒元件线速度、脱粒间隙和钉齿间距,并给出了较优的参数组合:脱粒间隙12 mm、脱粒元件线速度28 m/s、钉齿排列间距80 mm。Rice kernel damage may become worse during threshing, while performance indexes of threshing unit such as un-threshed loss rate, power consumed, et al. were most focused on. Broken rate of threshing and stand damage index increment were used to validate damage degree. On the selfdesigned test equipment of the threshing separation performance, experiments were conducted for rice with different factors such as cylinder-concave clearance, linear velocity of spike tooth, feed rate and distance of spike tooth. With the orthogonal experiments, the analysis of variance and analysis of range were carried out and the factors that affecting rice damage during threshing were found, they were in turn of linear velocity of spike tooth, cylinder-concave clearance, distance of spike tooth. With the method of synthetic analysis, the optimization parameters were obtained.
