摘  要:针对难加工材料特点,分析了典型难加工材料的磨削特性,综述了缓进给磨削、精密超精密磨削在难加工材料磨削加工领域的国内外研究进展。介绍了高效深磨技术的原理及其在难加工材料磨削中的应用现状,指出高效深磨技术能够实现对难加工材料的优质而高效的加工,具有广泛的应用前景,并指出了高效深磨技术应用于难加工材料磨削加工的进一步研究方向。According to the characteristics of hard to machine materials, the paper discussed the grinding performance of typical hard to machine material. A comprehensive review on the research progresses of creep grinding and precision grinding for hard to machine materials at home and abroad was presented. The fundamentals of high efficiency deep grinding and its development on the hard to machine materials were induced. It points out that the hard to machine materials can be machined by high efficiency deep grinding technology with high quality and efficiency, and high efficiency deep grinding for hard to machine materials has a wide application prospect. In the end, a prospect of the advanced research in this aspect was made.
