摘　　要：主要对1960年以来,黑龙江省地下水的开采量持续增加,可采资源量不断减少,地下水位持续下降,地下水污染严重,以及地下水资源浪费突出等问题进行总结,并提出松嫩、三江两大平原及丘陵山区的地下水可持续利用方案。The paper summarizes several problems of groundwater in Heilongjiang Province in since 1960. Which are continuous increase of exploitation quantity, continuous decrease of allowable exploitation quantity, continuous lowering of groundwater table, serious pollution of groundwater, and outstanding waste of groundwater resource Plain, Sanjiang Plain and And put forward sustainable utilization scheme of groundwater in Songnen hilly area in Heilongjiang Province.
