摘  要:利用悬浮聚合技术合成了一种含活性炭的丙烯酸酯类聚合物。其合成的适宜工艺条件为:引发剂用量占单体用量的0.6%~0.7%,反应温度为75~85℃,GMA、MMA、DVB、活性炭用量分别占单体总量的40%、30%、30%、15%,水油比为3.5:1,致孔剂与单体的质量比为3.0:1。在此条件下合成的共聚物有利于酶的固定化。添加的活性炭既能利用本身的吸附性能进行染料脱色,又能以吸附的形式固定一部分酶,从而对固定化酶的染料脱色起到促进作用。采用所固定的漆酶连续降解染料Acid Violet 43时,第8轮的脱色率仍然能达到90.1%。A new kind of acrylic copolymer with acficarbon is synthesized by the suspension polymerization. The optimal conditions are obtained as follows: GMA (glycidyl methacrylate ), MMA (metercryhc acid methanoate ), DVB (orthodivinylbenzene) ,active carbon and the initiator which are 40% ,30% ,30%, 15% and 0.6% - 0.7% of the total monomers' quantity, respectively; the temperature is 75 - 85 ℃ ; the aqueous phase is the solution of CaCl2 with the volume ratio of aqueous phase to oil of 3.5 : 1 ; the quantity ratio of porogenic agent to monomer is 3.0 : 1. Under the optimal conditions the prepared polymer is propitious to the immobilization of enzyme. The added active carbon can decolor the dye by physical absorption, and also can improve the decoloration rate by absorbing enzyme on itself. In the repeated batch process of treating wastewater containing Acid Violet 43 with the laccase immobilized on the copolymer, the decolorization rate can reach 90.1% after 8 batches.
