摘　　要：对肥城阿斯德化工有限公司2万t/a甲酸精馏系统进行了模拟计算,根据计算结果,对该系统存在的问题进行了全面的分析,对原工艺进行了相应的改造,使得整套装置的生产能力由改造前的1.0万t/a扩大到2.8万t/a,且产品纯度达到相应的要求。Simulation and caculation of a formic acid rectification system with the production capacity of 20kt/a in Feicheng Acid Chemicals Co., Ltd., is conducted, the problems which exist in the original system are analyzed according to the calculation result, and the necessary technological transformation of the process is conducted.The system＇s production capacity rises from 10 kt/a to 28 kt/a, and the product purity can reach the demand.
