摘　　要：本文介绍了HOLLiAS LM系列大型PLC在硫化机XH-406监控系统中的应用。通过标准MODBUS协议进行上、下位机通讯,采用PID与PWM相结合控制方法。实现了硫化机自动化控制,温控精度控制在±0.5℃范围内,达到国内领先水平,提高了硫化机综合能源利用水平。This paper introduces the application of HOLLiAS LM Series PLC in the monitor and control system for Vulcanize machine XH-406. This system realized autocontrolling for Vulcanize machine XH-406, ensured the temperature precision of the deviation being from -0.5℃ to＋0.5℃, to be in a position in front of internal. And it realizes the communication of from master station to slave station by standard composition of MODBUS. The system improved the efficiency of energy used.
