摘　　要：洗煤厂普遍采用箱式压滤机回收混在水中的细粒级精煤,压滤机进料泵采用变频调速后,不仅可根据不同的料浆浓度调节进料泵的转速,还可在额定电流下起动进料泵电动机,以减少电机起动时对电网和对机械的冲击,并有一定的节能效果。Coal washing plants usually use the box-type filter press to recover the fine coal from the slurry. The feed pump of the filter press, after being controlled with the variable frequency technology, can change its own rotation speed according to the slurry concentration and start its motor under the rated current, which not only reduces the impact to the power grid and equipment at the start, but also achieves some energy saving.
