摘 要:采用14C示踪法研究小麦表明,始穗期标记14C同化物的分配与运转在两个冬小麦品种之间存在着显著差异,西农1376的14C同化物开花前在茎、穗中的分配率较高,开花后茎中14C同化物输出时间长、输出量大,因而14C同化物在籽粒中分配率较高,籽粒灌浆较好。试验还表明,14C同化物分配率和运转能力还表现出上部节位器官大于下部节位器官,且西农1376上下部器官分配率和运转能力的差异大于小偃107。 study on distribution and transportation of 14Cassimilates labeled at preliminary heading stage in two winter wheat cultivars was carried out.The results showed that there were significant differences in distribution and transportation of 14Cassimilates between two cultivars.For cultivar Xinong 1376,before anthesis the distribution percentages of 14Cassimilates were higher in spike and stem and after anthesis the 14Cassimilate exportating duration was longer and the amount was larger from stem,therefore it had a higher distribution percentage of 14Cassimilate in grain and a better filling characteristic.It was indicated that the distribution percentage and transportation abilities of 14Cassimilate were higher in top organs than in bottom organs.This difference between top and bottom was more obvious with Xinong 1376.
