摘  要:采用14C示踪法研究小麦表明,始穗期标记14C同化物的分配与运转在两个冬小麦品种之间存在着显著差异,西农1376的14C同化物开花前在茎、穗中的分配率较高,开花后茎中14C同化物输出时间长、输出量大,因而14C同化物在籽粒中分配率较高,籽粒灌浆较好。试验还表明,14C同化物分配率和运转能力还表现出上部节位器官大于下部节位器官,且西农1376上下部器官分配率和运转能力的差异大于小偃107。 study on distribution and transportation of 14Cassimilates labeled at preliminary heading stage in two winter wheat cultivars was carried out.The results showed that there were significant differences in distribution and transportation of 14Cassimilates between two cultivars.For cultivar Xinong 1376,before anthesis the distribution percentages of 14Cassimilates were higher in spike and stem and after anthesis the 14Cassimilate exportating duration was longer and the amount was larger from stem,therefore it had a higher distribution percentage of 14Cassimilate in grain and a better filling characteristic.It was indicated that the distribution percentage and transportation abilities of 14Cassimilate were higher in top organs than in bottom organs.This difference between top and bottom was more obvious with Xinong 1376.
