中国南海红树植物老鼠簕的化学成分研究

摘　　要：通过柱层析和HPLC从中国南海红树植物老鼠簕中分离得到6个化合物,利用1DNMR、2DNMR(HCOSY,HMQC,HMBC)谱图分析,确定了化合物的结构.化合物1为(+)-lyon iresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,化合物2为(-)-lyon iresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,化合物3为(+)-lyon iresinol,化合物4为1H-Indole-3-carboxylic ac id,化合物5为1H-Indole-3-carboxal-dehyde,化合物6为1H-Indole-3-acetic ac id.Six organic compounds containing three lignins and three indole alkaloids are isolated from Acanthus ilicifolius linnaeus from south sea of China by silica gel colum and HPLC Their structures are determined by 1DNMR,2DNMR （HCOSY, HMQC, HMBC） as （ ＋ ） - lyoniresinol 3α - O -β - D - glucopyranoside （ 1 ）, （ - ） - lyoniresinol 3α - O -/3 - D - glucopyranoside （ 2 ）, （ ＋ ） - lyoniresinol （ 3 ）, 1 H - Indole - 3 - carboxylic acid （4）, 1H - Indole - 3 - carboxaldehyde （5）, 1 H - Indole - 3 - acetic acid （6）.
