摘 要:蓄热装置是多功能热泵空调器的关键设备,其运用是否合理直接关系到这种节能空调器运行的成败.通过对蓄热机理分析,建立了蓄热装置的蓄热水箱和螺旋换热盘管数学模型,经实验验证了所建模型的准确性.同时,对蓄热装置在蓄热和用水工况下的动态特性进行了数值模拟,研究了系统在蓄热和用水时,水箱内水温的分布以及螺旋盘管内制冷剂的温度和干度变化情况,为这种蓄热装置在多功能热泵空调器中成功运用奠定了基础.A hot water storage tank is one of key parts of the multi-functional heat pump air conditioner. Its design is very important to be succeeded in applying this saving-energy unit. Mathematic models of hot water storage tank and helical heat exchanger pipe are built by analyzing thermal storage mechanism. And these models are exactly tested by experiment. At the same time, thermal characteristic of a stratified storage tank and performance of refrigerant temperature and dryness are simulated based on built mathematic models. And provides groundwork for this heat storage applying in multi-functional heat pump air conditioners successfully.
