摘 要:[目的]建立高效液相色谱法同时测定蔬菜中8种磺酰脲类除草剂残留量的检测方法。[方法]样品经乙腈提取、凝胶渗透色谱净化、C18固相萃取柱净化后,采用高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。[结果]8种磺酰脲类除草剂在0.1~10μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998~0.9999。在0.02~0.5mg/kg添加浓度范围内,平均回收率在72.2%~100.4%之间,相对标准偏差为1.0%~9.5%。[结论]本法简便、快速、定量准确、精密度高,适用于进出口蔬菜中多种磺酰脲类除草剂残留量的同时检测。High performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC) has been developed for the simultaneous determination of eight sulfonylurea herbicide residues in vegetables. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, followed by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and C18 column cleaning up. The analytes were separated by HPLC with diode array detector (DAD) and quantified using external standard calibration curves. The linear ranges of eight sulfonylurea herbicides were 0.1- 10μg/mL, and the correlation coefficients were 0.9998 -0.9999. The average recoveries of eight sulfonylurea herbicides in spiked vegetables ranged from 72.2% to 100.4%, and the relative standard deviations were between 1.0% and 9.5%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate for the simultaneous determination of sulfonylurea herbicide residues in vegetables for import and export inspection.
