女性尿道外口尖锐湿疣的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨女性尿道尖锐湿疣的诊断与常用治疗方法。方法对21例尿道内尖锐湿疣患者行激光切除术,并在术后用5%氟尿嘧啶棉签拭子尿道浸泡治疗亚临床感染和预防复发。结果单枚均无复发,3例复发均为原先尿道内多枚病例,复发时间2～3周,复发后如初次一样激光治疗和尿道用药,1例再次2周后第二次复发,再次治疗后未再复发。随访3个月无尿道狭窄发生。结论激光治疗术后5%5-FU局部尿道用药可用于治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣及人乳头瘤病毒的亚临床感染,预防复发。Objective To approach the methods of diagnosis and treatment of urethral condyloma acuminatum in female patients. Methods Twenty-one cases of urethral CA were studied,focus of infection were eliminated by CO2 laser, and cotton swabs soaked with 5% 5-fluorouraci were put inside tile urethral to prevent the subclinical infection and recurrence. Results No recurrence in cases with single neoplasm,there were three recurrences in cases with several neoplasms,and their recurrence time was 2 -3 weeks later. The treatment prescription was the same as the original after recurring. One case recurred again 2 weeks later,and did not recur longer after treating. Urethrostenosis did not happened with 3 months follow-up. Conclusion CO2 laser combined with 5% 5-FU can treat urethral CA and prevent the recurrence effectively.
