摘　　要：高速电脱盐技术是目前世界上先进的原油电脱盐技术,在同等条件下,其脱盐脱水、脱水含油量和装置电耗等指标均好于低速电脱盐,具有脱盐效果好、单罐容处理能力大、电耗低、占地少等优点。在吉林石化公司炼油厂一套常减压装置的应用结果表明,该技术是装置改造可供选择的脱盐技术。High speed electrical desalting technology for crude oil is an important new technology. In same condition,the technology has better data in desahing,dehydration,oil ratio in drainage and electric cost than low speed electrical desalting technology. The technology has merits of high desalting efficiency, high capacity per unit vessel volume, low electricity consumption and less site area. Through the application in Distillation Unit of Refinery of Jilin Petrochemical Company,it has proved to be a good choice for desahing technology.
