摘　　要：针对有关足球教练员谋略的若干理论问题进行了系统、深入的研究,揭示了足球教练员谋略的本质是"以智克敌",谋略的核心内容是"谋势造势",谋略的实现方法是"分合"、"奇正"、"虚实"。通过对足球教练员的谋略及内容的研究,揭示了足球谋略运用最基本的原理,构建起一个比较完整的足球教练员谋略理论框架。A systematic and in -depth research into several theoretic questions about the strategy of football coaches reveals the strategy essence is ＂ subduing the enemy with wisdom＂, the essential content is ＂judging situation to create advantageous situation＂ and the realization method is ＂division and unification＂, ＂traditional and non - traditional＂ and ＂real and unreal＂. Through researching the strategy essence and content of football coaches, this article reveals the basic principle in football strategy application and constructs a comparatively complete theoretic framework for the strategy of football coaches.
