摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计及逻辑分析法等研究方法对我国优秀运动队的速度滑冰教练员进行现状调查,分析原因,找出问题,希望能为教练员整体水平的提高提供参考,使我国的速度滑冰运动在今后的国际大赛中取得更好的成绩。Literature review, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis are employed in this article to investigate the status quo of our talent speed skating coaches, analyze the reasons and find out problems, in the hope of providing reference to improve the overall level of coaches and help our speed skating athletes achieve better performance in future international matches.
