摘 要:目的:探讨细胞因子对Graves眼病(GO)的影响。方法:检测45例Graves病(GD)非突眼患者、36例GO患者及36例正常对照者血清中TNF-α及IL-4的表达水平和甲状腺激素水平。结果:GD组和GO组患者TNF-α、IL-4显著高于对照组。GO组TNF-α/IL-4比值与对照组比较无显著性差异。结论:GD非突眼患者以IL-4升高为主,提示Th2介导的体液免疫占优势;GO患者的免疫反应呈Th0型,细胞和体液免疫共同参与GO的发生。Objective: To investigate the effect of cytokines on the Graves ophthalmopathy (GO). Methods: The level of TNF-α, IL-4 and thyroid hormone were determined in 45 patients with Graves disease (GD) but without phthalmopathy, 36 patients with Graves ophthalmopathy and 36 control subjects. Results: The levels of TNF-α and IL--4 in GD and GO group were significantly higher than that in control group. TNF-α/IL-4 ratio showed no significant difference between the GO group and control group. Conclusion: The patients with GD mainly display an increase of IL-4, indicating that the Th2-mediated humoral immunity plays a predominant role in patients with GD but without ophthalmopathy. A Th0-type immune response may be presented in patients with GO, and both cellular and immune response play a role in the development of GO.
