摘 要:作战指挥工作流程的建模与仿真可以用于研究指挥机构的运行状态,找到工作流程的效率瓶颈,发现各类指挥人员、计算机等指挥资源比例的不合理之处,提出改进方案。首先分析了作战指挥工作流程具有的特殊性,在剖析目前其他领域工作流程建模方法的基础上,创新性地提出"基于业务能力"的建模方法,并探讨了适应作战指挥的建模方法。The target of modeling and simulation on workflow of combat command and control is to find the efficient neck of workflow, and the improper work division between man and computer. And then, some improved scheme would be put forward. The paper analyses the character of combat command and control workflow firstly. It has large difference between enterprise control and combat control, so the method of modeling and simulation is different too. Based on analyzing methods used in other area, a new method is brought forward, named as "modeling based on operation". The paper gives the simulation steps of combat control workflow. They are disassembling the workflow to a cascading structure, forming operation ability, building command and control resourse state model, and driving models.
