摘  要:为了研究目标表面激光和红外光散射特性,首先必须对材料表面粗糙度进行数值模拟,这是表面散射特性研究中的基础和关键。本文按照指数自相关函数关系建立二维粗糙表面统计分布规律数值模型,对随机粗糙表面轮廓进行描述,由计算机模拟生成粗糙度相关参数,如高度平均值、相关长度和均方根高度,进而生成随机数值表面。并结合实测的抛光花岗岩表面粗糙度相关参数进行模拟,其表面状态符合Gauss分布规律。In order to investigate laser and infrared scattering characteristics of target surface, it is necessary to do numerical simulation for the roughness of material surfaces first, this is the foundation and key about the characteristic study of surface scattering. In this paper, numerical model of two-dimensional rough surfaces statistic distribution in terms of exponential autocorrelation function is built, so as to depict random rough surface profile. As a result roughness related parameters was obtained, such as the height average, the correlation length and the root mean square (RMS) height, so as to get numerical surface. And simulated with sitemeasure polished granite surface roughness related parameters,a conclusion that its surface accords with Gauss distribution is drawn.
