卵巢动脉血流预测超排卵反应性

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢动脉血流是否可预测超排卵反应性。方法将63例行IVF-ET治疗妇女按年龄分成2组,经阴道彩色多普勒探测月经第2天卵巢动脉血流指标。以卵泡每日生长速度(卵泡每日生长速度1～3mm为正常,<lmm/每日或>3mm/每日为异常)及该周期中回收到的成熟卵母细胞数评价超排卵反应性。结果25～30岁组,卵巢动脉搏动指数PI在0.565～0.6063区间超排卵反应性正常;卵巢动脉阻力指数RI在0.4378～0.4630区间超排卵反应性正常;S/D在1.8095～1.8898区间超排卵反应性正常;31～36岁组,PI在0.5262～0.5964区间超排卵反应性正常;RI在0.4208～0.4653区间超排卵反应性正常;卵巢动脉收缩期峰值流速(S)/舒张期低值流速(D)(S/D)比值在1.7479～1.8869区间超排卵反应性正常。结论卵巢动脉PI、RI、S/D比值可作为预测超排卵反应性的重要指标。Objective ： To investigate whether the change of ovarian artery blood flow can predict ovarian response in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation （COH） during in vitro fertilization （IVF） treatment. Methods： 63 women undergoing IVF were divided into two groups according to their ages. The transvaginal color Doppler was used to measured ultrasound indices of ovarian artery blood flow on the second day of menstruation in cycle of undergoing COH. At last ovarian response is evaluated by the maturation oocytes to retrieve and the growing speed of follicular diameter in which it is normal with a 1 -3mm/d growing of its and is abnormal with ≤ 1 mm/ d or≥3mm/d growing of its. Results： The ovarian response is normal in 25 -30 years group when PI, RI, S/D are in 0. 5652 - 0. 6063, 0. 4378 - 0. 4630, and 1. 8095 - 1. 8898, respectively. It is normal when PI, RI, S/D are in 0. 5652 - 0. 6063, 0. 4378 -0. 4630, and 1. 8095 -1. 8898 in 31 - 36 years group, respectively. Conclusions： This study suggests that PI, RI and S/D are the important indices to value superovulation response of the ovarian.
