摘 要:对24个高品质陆地棉品种(系)的17个数量性状进行因子分析和聚类分析。前6个公因子的累计贡献率达84.06%,分别代表纤维品质、产量、株形、衣分与果节数、铃重与子指、早熟性等陆地棉品种的主要特征;根据24个品种(系)前6个公因子的得分值,采用离差平方和法将其聚为4类,其中Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类分别在品质和产量表现最好;并选出了6个较理想的亲本,分别是A001、A016、A201B、A402B、A705、P2。同时对高品质陆地棉品种的选育进行讨论。Factor analysis was performed on 17 quantitative characters of 24 varieties(lines) of upland cotton with high quality. The cumulative contribution of the first six principal components to total variance of the population investigated reached 84.06%, representing fiber quality, yield, plant morphological trait, lint percentage and number of fruiting node, boll weight and seed index, growth period respectively. According to the scores of them in the first six principal components,24 varieties were grouped into four clusters using ward method. The second and third group exhibited the best performance in quality and yield respectively. Six better parents were selected, including A001, A016, A201 B, A402B, A705 and P2. Some suggestions on the developing of high quality upland cotton varieties are put forward.
