摘 要:以高朗1号、新世纪、蜜枣和缅甸长果4个毛叶枣品种为试材,应用高效液相色谱法对毛叶枣果实发育过程中果实的糖组分及其含量变化进行较系统的研究。结果表明:毛叶枣果实可溶性糖组分主要是蔗糖、葡萄糖和果糖。果实中蔗糖开始积累于果实膨大中后期直至成熟期,但高朗1号蔗糖积累的速度明显快于其他3个品种;高朗1号与新世纪果实中果糖和葡萄糖积累规律较相似,其含量变化不明显;而蜜枣和缅甸长果果实中果糖的积累速度却明显快于葡萄糖。An experiment was carried out to study the changes in sugar contents in fruit of Zizyphus mauritiana Lam. during fruit development with four cultivars- Gaolangyihao, Xinshiji, Mizao and Miandianchanggno. The result showed as follows: The soluble sugar in Zizyphus mauritiana Lam. mainly consisted of sucrose, glucose and fructose. The sucrose contents in fruits of four cultivars increased quickly from mid - late stage of inflation to ripening, and the rate of sucrose accumulation in Gaolangyihao was faster than that of the other three cuhivars. The rule of fructose and glucose accumulation in Gaolangyihao was similar to that of Xinshiji, and fructose content was almost equal to glucose content, the changes in those contents were not obvious during the fruit development. But the content of fructose was significantly higher than that of the glucose in Mizao and Miandianchangguo fruit.
