南昌市近郊集约化农业利用下土壤酶活性与重金属污染关系的研究  被引量:2

Relationship between Soil Enzyme Activity and Heavy Metal Pollution under Intensive Agriculture in Nanchang Suburb

摘  要:在农学试验站的水田和菜地、蛟桥、黎家、扬子洲,凤凰洲等菜地取样,并对土壤样品进行重金属含量和酶活性的测定及分析。结果表明:在农业集约化利用下,土壤中不同重金属对土壤不同深度的土壤酶活性有不同的影响。重金属镉、铅、铜、锌与土壤脲酶达到显著正相关。镉、铅与土壤蛋白酶活性达到显著正相关,而其它的重金属与土壤酶活性的相关性不显著。土壤酶的活性与土壤肥力状况有显著的相关性。土壤速效钾与土壤重金属呈极显著相关。Samples of the paddy soil and vegetable soil in the Agronomic Experimental Station, Jiaoqiao, Li jia, Yangzizhou, Fenghuangzhou and so on were collected and the heavy metals and the enzyme activity were fested and analyzed. The result showed that under the intensified agriculture using, different heavy metals have different relation to different soil layer's enzyme activity. The heavy metals( Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn) have significant positive correlation to soil urease activity ( P 〈 0.05). Cd, Pb have significan positive correlation soil proteinase activity, but the correlation between other heavy metals and to soil enzyme activity has not significance. Soil enzyme activity has remarkable relation to soil fertility. Soil available K has extremely significant correlation (P 〈 0.01 ) to heavy metods in soil.
