摘　　要：目的探讨脂多糖对滋养层细胞迁移的调节作用。方法不着留取正常早孕绒毛,分离滋养层细胞,采用无血清培养基培养,并利用Transwell检测浓度为0(对照组),11,和100ng/ml的脂多糖对其迁移能力的凋节作用。结果脂多糖作用后24h后,滋养层细胞的迁移能力受剑明显的抑制,与对照组(One/ml)比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论脂多糖能够抑制细胞滋养细胞的迁移,这可能与子痫前期的发病机制有关。Objective： To investigate the effect of Lipopolysaccharide on migration of trophoblast ceils. Methods： Villous from normal early pregnant abortion were collected, and then trophoblast cells were isolated and cultured with serum -free media. Subsequently, trophoblast cells were treated with lipopolysaccharjde. Trophoblast cell migration was determined by Transwell Ward. Results： After lipopolysaccharide for 24 hours, migration of trophoblast cells Jwas significantly decreased. Conclusion： Lipopolysaccha ride inhibited migration of trophoblast cells, which may play a role in pre - eclampsia.
