摘 要:目的研究无花果叶提取物的抗氧化活性。方法采用乙醇冷浸与溶剂分相萃取相结合的方法获得无花果叶的石油醚相、乙酸乙酯相和正丁醇相提取物,采用Fenton反应产生羟自由基(·OH),采用邻苯三酚自氧化法产生超氧阴离子自由基(O2·-),测定无花果叶提取物对二苯代苦味胼基自由基(DPPH·),·OH和O2·-的清除能力,并与特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)和2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)进行比较。结果无花果叶提取物的石油醚相、乙酸乙酯相和正丁醇相对DPPH.的EC50分别为121.3,125.0和550.9μg/mL;对.OH的EC50分别为470.0,350.0和610.0μg/mL;对O-.2的EC50分别为140.0,210.0和150.0μg/mL。结论无花果叶提取物各相均有抗氧化活性,且其活性与浓度呈剂量依赖关系。Purpose To study the antioxidative activity of leaves extract from Ficus carica. L. Methods By cold ethanol leaching and solvent grade extraction, the fractions of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol were obtained. Hydroxyl free radical(^-OH) and superoxide anion(O^-2)were produced by Fenton reaction and auto-oxidation of pyrogallol respectively. The antioxidative activity of leaves extract from Ficus carica. L. was evaluated by the scavenging rate of three fractions above to DPPH^-, ^-OH and O^-2 , and compared with TBHQ and BHT. Results The EC50 of the fractions of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol to DPPH^- were 121.3,125.0 and 550.9μg/mL respectively, to ^-OH were 470.0,350.0 and 610.0μg/mL respectively, and to O^-2 were 140.0,210.0 and 150.0μg/mL respectively. Conclusion The results showed that the leaves extract from Ficus carica. L. had strong antioxidative activity in a dose-dependent manner.
