摘 要:本文对LF6铝合金的超塑性作了研究。试样经500℃保温30min空冷,拉伸温度为530℃,应变速率2.22×10^(-4/s)得到延伸率为392%,m值为0.56;在各种应变速率下,拉伸温度500℃、530℃,σ~ε关系呈S曲线的形状;在超塑变形的试样中清楚观察到晶界滑移、晶粒大范围的转动(最大转角达40°左右)、晶界移动、亚结构出现及亚结构相对基体作较大角度转动。In this paper, the superplasticity of alloy LF6 was investigated. The sample was prepared with pre-processing at 500℃ for half an hour, then cooled in air. 392% elongation and m=0.59 were reached at strain rate of 2.22×10^(-4)S^(-1) and 550℃. At a certian range of strain rates and testing temperitures of 500℃ and 530℃, the σ~ε curve showed as S shape. In the superplastic defbrmed sample, the grain boundary sliding, grain rotation (the maximum rotation angle was about 40°), grain boundary displacement, aprearance of substructure and the large rotation of substructure relative to the original grains were observed.
