摘 要:糠醇-脲-甲醛树脂固砂剂是为满足胜坨油田高含水、严重出砂油井防砂而开发的。2002--2007年,胜坨油田已有227口油井使用该固砂剂防砂,成功率为83.3%。据135口井统计,防砂施工后动液面下降104m(地层受到一定伤害),原油含砂由0.119%减至0.063%,油井免修期由105天延长至296天。利用大量油井的数据讨论了影响防砂效果的因素。油层黏土含量高,则防砂有效期短甚至无效。油层有漏失时先预充填再实施防砂,则有效率从35.5%增至87.0%。油井出砂速度〈50m/月时防砂有效率较高。射开厚度增大或防砂层教增大,则防砂有效率减小。防砂有效率与油井含水率的关系较复杂,防砂施工前清洗油层可提高防砂有效率,但含水率〉95%的油层除外。油井提液强度适中(5-15m^3/m·月)的油井,防砂有效率较高。近几年来采用了先用覆膜砂充填,再挤入树脂固砂荆的防砂工艺。表8参5。Furfural-urea-formaldehyde resin/latent curing agent composition is developed for sand control in high watercut, severely sanding production wells in Shengtuo oil fields, Shengli. From 2002 to 2007, sand control treatments (SCTs) with this sand consoli- dation composition have been performed in 227 wells with effectiveness (E) being of 83.3 %. According to the statistical data covering 139 well-jobs, the SCTs have cause a drop of producing liquid level by 104 m in average, indicating formation damage created to some extent, and have led to a decrease in sand productivity from 0. 119% to 0. 063% and a prolongation of well production period withaut maintenance/repair by 191 days, or by 182%. The factors influencing on the field sand control results are discussed based on these statistical data. The positive response time duration of wells to SCTs is shortened or diminished when the clay content in reservoirs is high enough. The E of SCTs in leakage reservoirs is increased from 35.5 % to 87.0 % when sand prepacking is implemented additionally prior to SCTs with sand consolidation composition. A high E of SCTs is observed in wells with sand production rate 〈 50 ms per m per month. The E of SCTs is decreased with increasing thickness of perforated intervals or number of (sub)layers being treated. The E of SCTs vz well watercut relationship is complicated and the E of SCTs can be raised to different degrees when well flushing is implemented prior to SCTs in all but 〉95% watercut wells. The E of SC'Ts is high in wells of medium monthly fluid lift intensity, 5-15 m3/m. The SCTs performed recently include resin coated sand prepacking as a constituent part.
