摘 要:所报道的压裂液用有机硼交联剂CL-9,由硼酸盐、多羟基醛、LB-2多元醇及碱反应制得,外观均一,长时间存放不析出固体物,适用温度90~145℃,使用量0.40%~0.50%。报道了含2.0%Ka、0.08%~0.15%NaOH、0.10%破乳助排剂的CL-9(0.45%)/HPG(0.50%)压裂液的性能。交联时间随pH升高(7~14)而延长,随温度升高(20~70℃)而缩短,pH=14时常温交联时间为5.2min,60℃时为1min。高温下(110~130℃)在170 1/s剪切10min后压裂液黏度基本上保持稳定,高温下(100~130℃)经500 1/s剪切10min后,170 1/s黏度均大于210mPa·s,其保持率随温度升高而下降,100℃下为82.3%,130℃下为66.0%。压裂液滤失性能良好,滤失系数和初滤失量在90℃为5.35×10—0m/minl/2和0,120℃下为7.32×10—0m/min^1/2和1.21×10^-4 cm3/cm2。该压裂液已在中原油田7口井压裂中使用,施工成功率100%,油井压裂后增产效果较好。图4表2参3。A bororganic crosslinker, CL-9, for water base hydrofracturing gelling fluid(HFGF) is prepared by reaction of borate, polyhydroxyl aldehyde, polyol LB-2, and alkaline. CL-9 keeps homogeneous appearance at long time storage without any precipita- tion. Its suitable use temperature is in range 90-145℃ and uselevel 0.40%--0.50%. The performance properties of anexper- imental 0.45 % CL-9/0.50 % HPG HFGF with 2.0 % KCl, 0.08 %--0.15 % NaOH and 0.10 % demulsifier/backflow aid added are presented. The crosslinking time of the HFGF is prolonged with increasing pH value from 7 to 14 and shortened with increasing temperature from 200C to 70℃ ,being of 5.2 rnin at the ambient temperature and of 1 min at 60℃ when pH= 14. At higher temperatures up to 130℃, the app viscosity of the HFGF, having been sheared at 170 1/s for 10 min, is kept approximately steady and exceeds 210 mPa's with the viscosity retention decreased with increasing temperature, 82.3% at 100℃ and 66.0% at 130℃, after shearing at 500 1/s over 10 min. This HFGF posseses good filtration behavior, having filtration coefficient 5.35 × 10^-4 m/min^1/2 and 7.32× 10^-4 m/min^1/2, and filtrate loss 0 and 1.21 × 10^-4 cm^3/cm^2 at 900C and 120℃, respectively. This HFGF has been put into use in hydrofracmring jobs in 7 production wells at Zhongyuan oilfield with 100% successfulness, which give satisfactory results of reservoir stimulation.
