摘  要:通过室温拉伸、室温弯曲、低温冲击、硬度试验以及金相分析对1.4003铁素体不锈钢与0Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:采用MAG焊焊接的1.4003铁素体不锈钢与0Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢,其接头的抗拉强度不低于母材的,弯曲性能良好。接头1.4003钢侧HAZ的冲击性能较差,且随温度的降低,其冲击性能显著降低。焊缝为奥氏体+铁素体双相组织,0Cr18Ni9钢侧HAZ为奥氏体组织,1.4003钢侧HAZ为晶粒粗大的单一铁素体组织。Microstructures and properties of welding joint of 1.4003 ferritic stainless steel and 0Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel were investigated by room-temperature tensile test,room-temperature bending test,low-temperature impact test,Vickers hardness test and metallographic analysis.The results showed that the joint by means of MAG welding had good bending performance and its tensile strength was no less than base metal.HAZ on 1.4003 side had bad impact properties which become lower as test temperature lower.The microstructure of the weld zone was composed of ferritie and austenitie.HAZ on 0Cr18Ni9 side had austenitie grain and HAZ on 1.4003 side had unity coarsening ferritic grain.
