摘  要:温升是影响永磁无刷直流电动机运行性能的一个关键因素。根据实际使用过程中,霍尔位置检测元件由于温度过高而烧毁的情况,以一台电动车用永磁无刷直流电动机为例,根据传热学原理和有限元方法,建立定子三维温度场的数学模型,给出了边界条件,并运用Ansys建模和计算,得出电动机定子的温度场分布,以及定子上选定点的温度-时间曲线。计算结果与实测值比较,满足工程精度要求。在此模型的基础上分析载荷、转速变化对定子温升的影响。The rise of temperature is a key factor to the performance of permanent magnet brushless DC motor. This passage took an electric bicycle permanent magnet brushless DC motor as an example, researched the Hall for position detection device burned because of high temperature. In accordance with heat transfer theory and finite element methods, the mathematical model of 3 D stator transient temperature field was established, and the edge conditions were given, the temperature field distribution of permanent magnet brnshless DC motor was obtained by using the software Ansys, as well as temperaturetime curves of the selected points on the motor stator. Compared the calculation results with the test data, the precision request was satisfied. Based on the proposed thermal field model, some work was given to analyze thermal sensitivity to the change of the loading and speed.
