摘 要:新型混合励磁电动机是在双凸极永磁电动机的基础上,增加调磁线圈使气隙磁场可调。给出了该型电动机的结构及工作机理,基于二维有限元对电动机的磁场分布、磁链、反电势、电感等静态特性进行分析和计算,并设计了一台3相12/8极混合励磁电机样机。样机实验结果验证了设计方法和理论分析的正确性,为该电机的进一步研究和控制系统的设计奠定了基础。A new type of hybrid excitation generator was put forward in which the gas field was adjustable by field winding based on the double salient permanent motor. This paper presented the configuration and relevant theory of the generator and 3-phase 12/8-pole motor was designed and built for exemplification. Moreover, finite element for the machine was carried out to investigate field distribution, flux, back-EFM, inductance static state characteristics. Experimental results of the prototype machine were given to verify the theoretical analysis, which were helpful on further studying the generator and designing the control system.
