摘  要:根据用于机械系统故障检测器定位的需要,设计了定位装置的电路,主要设计了其中的传感信号及放大电路、置位复位电路和串口通信电路。该电路采用新的磁阻传感器以减少传感器数目,并减小永久磁体的体积,提高了精度和测量距离,并由PIC877A单片机控制。该电路还可与PC实现数据的实时采样,它能将数据实时地传到PC机上进行保存和位置解算。该检测系统已经在实际工作场合使用,利用该电路的结果与利用高斯计测量得到的结果大致相同。For the location of the detector of the mechanics system, the circuit of the location equipment was designed, the magnifying circuit of the sensor signal and the circuit of the serial communication were mainly designed. The circuit that controlled by PIC877A adopted new magnetoresistive sensor to decrease the numbers of the sensors, and let up the physical volume of the permanent magnetive body, and improved the exaltation accuracy and measure distance. It can carry on real-time sampling and saving with PC. This system has been used for practice, the results of the using of the circuit is approximately the same with the results of the measuring of the lab.
