摘  要:在X射线衍射仪和X射线晶体分析仪器的设计中,高稳定高压电源是获得稳定X射线的关键因素。考虑到不同晶体材料在衍射成像过程中,所需要的射线强度不同,因此,对高压电源不仅要求有很高的稳定性,而且射线管高压和管电流应该线性可调。文中介绍了一种基于单片机控制的高压电源,由于采用了先进的D/A转换技术实现高压及管电流基准,因此电源的稳定性得到大幅度提高。实验和测试证明:高压的稳定性在连续8 h时间内,可达到0.03%。In the design of X-ray diffraction instrument and X-ray analyze instrument of crystal, the high stability of high-voltage power supply is a key aspect of achieving the stable X-ray. Considered different crystal material in the diffraction imagery process, the X-ray intensity needed is different, therefore, not only the request has the very high stability to the high-voltage power supply, but also the X-ray tube high-voltage and the X-ray tube electric current should be possible to linearity move. This paper introduced one kind of the high-voltage power supply which was controlled based on the monolithic integrated circuit, because has used the advanced D/A transformation technology to realize high pressure and the X-ray tube electric current datum, the power source stability obtains large scale enhancement. The experiment and the test proof,the high-voltage stability may reach 0. 03% in continuous 8 hours.
