膨润土对压入修补料性能的影响

摘  要:在高铝矾土和焦炭的质量分数固定为60%和20%的条件下,分别引入质量分数为0、2%、4%和6%的膨润土部分代替结合黏土,外加20%的热塑性酚醛树脂制成试样。试样干燥后,经1000℃埋炭处理,检测其常温耐压强度、高温抗折强度、碱金属侵蚀前后的线变化率、粘结强度和泥料的流动性,以研究膨润土对压入修补料性能的影响。结果表明,在压入修补料中引入膨润土有助于提高其烧结性能、粘结强度、抗碱金属侵蚀性能和施工性能.膨润土最佳加入量为2%~4%。The specimens were prepared keeping high alumina bauxite addition at 60% and coke addition at 20%, with 0,2% ,4% and 6% bentonite replacing the same quantity of partial binding clay respectively,additionally adding 20% thermoplastic phenolic resin,drying,then carbon-embedded firing at 1 000 ℃. Cold crush- ing strength, hot modulus of rupture, linear change rate before and after alkali erosion, adhesive strength of the specimens and slurry flowability were tested to research bentonite' s effect on properties of injection repairing mix. The results show that adding bentonite in injection repairing mix is helpful to improve the sinte-ring ,adhesive strength ,corrosion resistance to alkali and workability, and the appropriate addition of ben-tonite is 2% -4%.
