摘  要:目的:探讨Ho:YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿的疗效和特点。方法:采用Ho:YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿745例,峰值能量0.3~0.5J/脉冲,脉冲频率15-20Hz,平均功率6~10W,使其凝固后进行气化治疗。结果:745例患者经一次激光治疗,均达到治愈效果。愈后瘢痕无或极小。随访3~6月无复发。结论:采用Ho:YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿手术时间短,操作简便,定位准确,止血效果好,对周围组织损伤轻,创面愈合快。比目前常用的其他激光治疗(CO2激光,Nd:YAG激光,闪光灯泵浦染料激光,可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光等)疗效更佳。Objective: To observe the effect of Ho:YAG laser in treatment of pyogenic granuloma. The patients suffering from pyogenic granuloma were treated by Ho:YAG laser, which energy per pulse is 0.3-0.5J, pulse per second 15-20Hz, average power 6-10W. Results: All 745 cases of pyogenic granuloma were cured for one time. No or few scar was observed. No relapse occurred during follow-up of 3 to 6 months. Conclusion: The technique of treatment of pyogenic granuloma with Ho: YAG laser is an effect and safe therapeutics with the characteristic of shorter operation time, excellent homeostasis, improved visualization, minimal thermal damage to surrounding tissue, shorter period of recovery and easy to operate. The total effect of Ho:YAG laser is better than the other laser ( CO2 laser , Nd:YAG laser, flash pumped dye laser, and tunable double-frequency Nd : YAG laser, etc. )
